Case Study

As a final project for my case studies class, two other group members and I completed a case study on the Chick-fil-A crisis of 2012. The CEO made comments about the new gay marriage laws that had been passed, and it created a crisis for the company. The project covers how customers reacted, how the company responded and my group’s recommendations for how they could have handled the crisis.
